Payments: We accept PayPal as well as checks and money orders. If paying by check, please allow additional time for the check to clear before we ship your order.
Shipping & Order Processing: We prefer to use USPS flat rate priority shipping. We do not charge a processing fee, only the shipping charges. We guarantee shipping within 2 business days.
Refunds and Exchanges: We give refunds only in the case of faulty or damaged items. We will exchange items but require the customer to pay all shipping costs and a 5% restocking fee.
