Welcome Message:  Lady Ray's Jewelry and Emporium is a mobile business that also offers various products through an online business with the Square Market.  Items showcased on the FNO site are available for immediate purchase on this site.

Payments:  PayPal payments are accepted for any purchases made on the FNO site.  However, all Square Market sales require a debit/credit card.

Shipping & Order Processing:  Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days and a $1.00 flat fee is required for each item purchased, unless otherwise indiciared.  Purchases are shipped within the United States only.

Refunds and Exchanges:  Since Lady Ray's usually carries only one of each item, exchanges are nearly impossible.  However, refund requests for any item, except in the case of potpourri sales, may be requested within 14 days of the date shipped.  Potpourri and the accompanying candles, jars, etc., if applicable, are not returnable.
