Welcome Message:
While working with various rough and natural gemstones, we mostly concentrate on designing classic and elegant jewelry with raw rough diamonds. We create jewelry using different colors and shaped rough diamonds.

Payments:
I accept payment through PayPal as well as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card and Etsy Gift Cards.
Your order will be shipped once the payment is cleared. Please submit payment with 48 hours of purchase. If there is no communication or payment within 48 hours, the order will be cancelled and the item will be re-listed.
Shipping & Order Processing:

After you have completed your payment through PayPal, please double check the shipping address before clicking the "SUBMIT" button to make sure your shipping address is correct. I cannot be responsible if you do not receive your order because I was given the wrong address.
*TO ALL ORDERS*
I ship orders within 1-5 business days, mostly on Saturdays. Orders received by Friday evening will be shipped on Saturday. Those received on or after Saturday will be shipped on the following Saturday, with an exception of custom orders or special requests.
Your jewelry will be shipped in a strong bubble wrapped envelope. It will come in a nice gift box being ready for gift giving!
*US ORDERS*
I use the USPS First Class mail service with tracking for my US orders. I include complimentary insurance for orders over $100.
Expedite shipping is available per your request with $4.89 additional charge for Priority or $16.99 additional for Express Mail services (available through SHIPPING UPGRADE section in my shop).
Most of my US orders shipped on Saturdays are delivered on Monday or Tuesday. However, in some cases the delivery time is a bit longer, and the post office does not guarantee the time for the First Class service.
*INTERNATIONAL ORDERS*
International orders usually take 10-15 business days for delivery with the First Class International Mail service. While it could take a little longer sometimes, most of the cases are delivered on time. We cannot control the delivery time, as the USPS does not have any control and does not guarantee of the delivery time.
Tracking is available for certain International countries only.
It is recommended to select USPS Priority or EXPRESS Mail International service for orders over $100. The delivery time for these services is shorter than the First Class mail, and I will include a complimentary insurance from me.
The cost for Priority is $23.50 (with 6-10 business day delivery) and for EXPRESS is $42.75 (with 3-5 business day delivery).

NOTE: International customers are responsible for any customs charges that are levied by your country's custom office.
Refunds and Exchanges:
I always want all my customers to be happy with their orders. Customer satisfaction is very important for me and I will try to solve any issues you may have with your purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please convo me within 5 days after you receive the package. Please don’t send anything back to me without notifying me first.
The returned items must be unworn, unwashed, with the original condition and gift box for full refund.
The postage, customs and adequate insurance fees are the responsibility of the buyer when returning.
