If the item is marked “sale, clearance, or final sale," it does not qualify for a return and cannot be refunded.
Billing & Payment Policy
ACCURACY OF BILLING, PAYMENT, AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Missed/Late Payments:
PayPal provides you with the ability to make four installments on total purchases upon approval. For more information contact PayPal.
Return/Refund Conditions:
Upon approval the balance owed from your purchase will be added to the original method that was used when purchasing order.

Payment Disputes:
Payment disputes will be handled promptly by our customer service representatives via email.
Processing and Shipping Policy:
We have a 6-day return policy, which means you have 6 days after receiving your item to request a return. Which, within the first 6 days after your product delivered date you must contact Mangum Designs-Shopsmile via email. Mangum Designs-Shopsmile will then create a report in reference to the reasoning of the return and may or may not inform you of the next steps depending on if the return will be pending for investigation or if the return will be granted immediately.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return complete and submit return request, send your request to Mangum Designs via email.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us prior to requesting a return, will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and address the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Also, we do not accept returns, as our responsibility to replace, that are the persons who ordered, mistake, as in, wrong size, wrong color, ect. Shipping will have to be paid per customer to send the item back for an exchange.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We will accept return requests for item(s) that are unopened, unused, and with the original tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, and in the same condition it was received.
As a reminder, please remember, all payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm and/or process these types of transactions. Expect an estimated minimum time of 3-10 business days for a refund to show up on your bank statement. This time frame may vary depending on banking preferences.
