Payments: PayPal ONLY, no checks or money orders-sorry.
Shipping & Order Processing: Items will be shipped by UPS after reciept of payment. Shipping charges are included in the purchase price.
Refunds and Exchanges: Refunds for damaged merchandise only within 5 days of receipt.
Additional Information: All items are hand made and most are my own design, unless otherwise mentioned in product description. Many are one of a kind as I like to use different colors and bead types with my designs. Items made from a kit will be specified and there may be duplicates of those.
