Payments:
Personal Check or Money Orders.
- Personal checks may take up to 2 weeks to clear the bank. We do not ship merchandise until your check has cleared.
Shipping & Order Processing:
- Please allow 1-2 business days for processing of order. Orders generally ship within 2 business days of receiving your order (except special/custom orders or if you are paying by check).
- We ship via the US Postal Service. If you need an item faster, please let us know (expedited shipping charges will apply). Mailing time usually averages 2-3 business days.
- Customer can received shipping confirmation and tracking number once order has been shipped. Orders can be tracked on the USPS website.
Refunds and Exchanges:
- 14 Day Return
- We have a 14 day Return Policy. If you're not happy with your jewelry, notify us by email or phone to request an return authorization. We must receive all return within 10 days of issuing you a return authorization otherwise no credit or refund will be honored.
- Original shipping charges are not refundable. Any returned item should be packaged carefully and include all original packaging materials and tags.
- All items returned must be undamaged, unused, in the original packaging and include all parts and paperwork.
- All returns must be in the same condition as when we shipped it to you.
