Payments: Payments are done through PayPal only.
Shipping & Order Processing: For shipping and order processing will be a 5 to 7 day period.
Refunds and Exchanges: There is a 30 day return policy, however, you will receive a 100% money back guarantee for unused candles. However, if your unsatisfied with the scent of the candle, you may return it and there will be a 25% material fee taken from the purchase price from the time of the sale.
