My Shop Policies
Welcome Message:
Thank you for your interest in my Crystalline Glaze pottery. The patterns seen in the glaze surface are zinc/silicate crystals that form and grow in the specially formulated glaze during an exacting firing process. Every piece is unique and cannot be reproduced. I use porcelain clay to form the pottery on a potters wheel. Every piece is hand signed by me and individually numbered.
Should you have any questions or concerns regarding my policies or product I hope you will contact me and express them. I'm a pretty easy going guy. :)
All photos shown in my shop are of the actual piece you are purchasing and all items are available for immediate shipment.
Payments:
Please contact me promptly if you are experiencing any payment delays or problems.
Orders shipped to an address in NC will be charged 6.75% Sales Tax.
Shipping & Order Processing:
On most domestic (US) orders (except heavy or bulky ones), I ship by USPS Flat Rate Priority Box so your purchase should arrive within 2-5 days of shipping. On Heavier/Bulkier Items I will ship either by Parcel Post or UPS. If you prefer a quicker shipment method please let me know in the "Notes to Seller" and I will gladly do that for you for an additional fee, which I will bill seperately.
Items shipped to an incorrect address, provided by you, is the responsibility of the buyer.
I can ship your item to a different address (example: as a gift) at no additional cost. Let me know in the “Notes to Seller” or through or contact me prior to payment. No refunds or credits will be given for items lost due to incorrect mailing address.


I will combine shipping on multiple purchases where I deem it safe to do so. In that case I will refund the additional posted shipping charge minus packaging and handling.
I currently do not ship Internationally, but may consider it on a case by case basis. Contact me prior to purchasing should you desire shipment to a non-US address.
Refunds and Exchanges:
My goal is for you to be pleased with every purchase from my shop.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please contact me within 7 days of the receipt of your purchase and I will authorize a return. Upon the return of undamaged goods I will refund your full purchase minus shipping fees.
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Items must be returned and received in original packaging in original condition and shipped with Delivery Confirmation.
I insure every shipment for the full purchase price of the item at no additional cost to you. Should the item arrive damaged or broken please take sufficient photographs to fully document the condition of the item and the packaging upon arrival. Contact me promptly to inform me of the situation and I will provide you with an email address to send the photographs to along with any verbal description of the damage. I will submit the damage claim with the Postal Service. Upon successful resolution of the claim I will refund your purchase at the full rate determined by the Postal Service. This process could take several weeks so please bear with me.
Please retain the broken item and original packaging until the claims process is complete. Then you may dispose of as you desire.
Should you prefer to select another item as a replacement, please contact me. I will be happy to do so and will adjust the purchase price of the new item to account for the refund you would have gotten. If you select a higher priced item I will bill you for the difference. If you select a lower priced item I will refund the difference.
