Payments:

Shipping & Order Processing:
Natural Scents will ship your products to you via USPS, 48 hours upon receipt of funds. If products are on back order or delay we will let you know the estimated date of shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges:
If you are not happy than we are not happy! Please let us know if any of our products do not meet your expections for a refund of payment (less the shipping fees).
