Welcome Message: Noir Noel ~ where Christmas looks just like you is your place for keepsake African-American Christmas items.
Payments: PayPal, Zelle, Cashapp, and Master Card/Visa
Shipping & Order Processing: Shipping via USPS. Customer is responsible for shipping charges. Local orders can be delivered to a meeting place at no charge.
Refunds and Exchanges: If shipped, and arrived damaged, a replacement will be resent. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued. That is the only time a refund will be issued.
Additional Information: All items are handmade by me. As such, no two items are exactly alike. They may vary slightly, but will still have the same overall look. Inventories are limited to what I have available at that time. Special orders (i.e., color variations) can be placed with a minimum delivery time of three weeks.
