Shipping & Order Processing: In stock, non-customized orders will be shipped within 3 business days. Personalized, or customized, orders will ship within 2 weeks.
Refunds and Exchanges: We do not offer refunds or exchanges on customized or personalized items. Items that have not been customized for a specific person, customer, or entity can be returned or exchanged, if damaged, within 7 days of receipt.
Additional Information: If you are not satisfied with the item you receive please contact us and we will do our best to make it right. Please keep in mind that handmade items may have slight differences due to the very nature of being handmade by a real person, not a machine.
