Shipping & Order Processing:

After I receive your order, it will be processed and shipped within 3 business days.

Refunds and Exchanges:

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Order of Glass purchase, please notify me by email natalia@orderofglass.com.

You can return items for a refund within 15 days of delivery. You are responsible for a return shipping cost, and items must arrive in their original condition and packaging to be accepted. Please, make sure that items are safely wrapped to prevent shipping damage. Upon my receipt of the item in original condition, your money will be refunded.
