Payments:
Payments are accepted via www.HeartSongArtsCo.etsy.com and via PayPal (heartsongceramics@gmail.com)
Shipping & Order Processing:
All products are processed within 2-3 days and shipping is free.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Refunds are processed via contact with the merchant within 30 days of receipt, and exchanges will be made accordingly. We prefer to make exchanges but if customer satisfaction requires it will also refund your purchase price minus the handling fee.
