 ~ My Shop Policies ~

• At the Beach accepts PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express credit and debit cards.
• 6.25% sales tax is charged on all orders shipped within Massachusetts.
  

• Shipping and Order processing policy is to ship your order within 2-4 business days after receipt.  Each item is carefully inspected, packed and shipped via USPS.  At the Beach cannot be held responsible for delays caused by USPS, incorrect customer addresses or weather.
• Second Day and Overnight delivery to street address within the contiguous US are available for an additional charge.  Overnight delivers must be placed before noon EST to arrive next day.
• If you do not receive your order within 14 days please contact Customer Service at Darlene@WhatILearnedAtTheBeach.com.  I cannot offer credit for orders not received after 21 days if the shipping and tracking information shows delivery has been made.  Please consider the security of your delivery location and provide an email address at the time of order to receive email-tracking notification.  Neither At the Beach nor third party shipping companies can be responsible for stolen packages. 
  

• Backorders will be honored at the cost of the original order and are subject to future availability.
