KABO (Welcome): Orja Organix is an African sourced company-bringing you the best from the motherland. Our products are produced by Nature's Best- The earth. Many of our products are made from fruits, roots, stems and leaves. 90% of all items are made by hand. We strive to provide all our customers with great customer service. Proceeds from the sale of these products will be used to empower young entrepreneurs in communities in poverty stricken areas in Sierra Leone, Ghana and other surrounding countries.

We may provide paid products and/or services within the Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).
We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information.

Orders will be shipped using USP or UPS.
Refunds and Exchanges:
YOU CAN RETURN ANYTHING FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS.
All the items you want to return must be returned within 7 days of the arrival date. There is a 20% restocking fee for anything returned after 7 days. No returns are accepted 20 days beyond the purchase date. Returns received without this paperwork will slow down your return, and may cause confusion and cost you a fee.
- No returns on used personal care items
- Clothing must not be soiled or laundered.
- Bolts of fabric can not have been cut
What To Do If Something Is Damaged
Damages must be reported within five business days in order to process the appropriate claims.
- Do not discard the original shipment box or its packaging.
- Do not return damaged items without notifying us first to obtain instructions
- Do note any damages to the exterior of the box on the invoice received with the package, and highlight all damaged items.
