Payments:

Paypal payments are accepted. Other forms of payment available please email us at yourjewelryspot@gmail.com  and we can assist you in placing your order and making a payment via CashApp, Square or Zelle. 

Shipping & Order Processing:

All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Flat rate shipping is $4.00 except for Zi Collection items shipping is more due to weight. 

Refunds and Exchanges:

A request to return/exchange an item for any reason must be submitted within 3 business days of receiving the item. All items must be returned with original labels if an exchange is requested. If items are damaged or broken or not to your satisfaction then a full refund will be issued once the returned product is received.
