Greetings,
Welcome to our shop. We have a nice variety of items available. We also specialize in custom orders.
Payments: Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. For custom work, a deposit of 50% is due when the order is placed. The balance is due upon completion and/or delivery.
Shipping & Order Processing:
Shipping fees are calculated based on the USPS weight charts and scale.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Prior to completing custom orders, customers are given the opportunity to sign off on the finished product. If there is an error made on our part we will rectify it immediately upon notice within 72 hours of receipt of the item.
Refunds are not given on custom items. Shop credit will be given if the issue cannot be resolved/repaired.
