Shipping & Order Processing:
Order processing is 1-3 business days. Shipping will be USPS priority mail (1-4 days).
Refunds and Exchanges:
No refunds are offered. Exchanges are only offered if the item has been damaged during shipping or if lost by USPS. A replacement diamond kit will be sent if original is lost or damaged.
