My Shop Policies
Welcome Message: Quilting On The Grid's patented technique enables you to use our designs and Mary's Sew Genius(TM) Batting/Foundation to make truly reversible products such as table runners, wall hangings, front door hangings, mug rugs, place mats, purses and more items to come in the future!! You will find several different ways to make these items and can decide which you prefer. We hope you have as much fun and enjoyment using our products as we do in designing them and bringing them to market!
Payments: We are please to accept payment through PayPal.
Shipping & Order Processing: We normally will ship within 48 hours of receiving an order. If we are on the road presenting our products at a quilt show or sewing guild, it might take us longer--but we will make every effort to contact you and let you know when to expect shipment.
Refunds and Exchanges: If you are not pleased with one of our products, please let us know and we will work with you to exchange it or refund your purchase price.
Additional Information: Let us know if you have ideas for products you would like to see us develop!! We try, but don't believe we can think of everything you want.
