My Shop Policies

Welcome Message:   Our shop offers beautifully hand crafted items for your unique style.  Please know that we package all orders with love and care, and many of our sea shell, starfish and sand dollar items are fragile.  Should any damage occur during shipping, please send a picture of the item and it will be replaced for you.
We hope you are completely satisfied with your order, and welcome your feedback.

Payments:  We accept Pay Pal, Venmo, or money orders.  No personal checks please.
Upon receipt of your payment, items will be delivered or shipped to you with 5-7 days.
Tracking information will be sent to you as soon as your package is mailed.

Shipping & Order Processing:  Flat rate shipping fees apply and will be calculated prior to payment.

Refunds and Exchanges:  Refunds will only be provided if an item arrives damaged and you have sent a photo of the damaged item.
