My Shop Policies
Our Goal at RESINations Designs is to not only please our customers but, to impress them. If for any reason you are not impressed we will work to make any changes you would like (within reason) to impress you.
- Payments: We accept credit cards, Venmo, PayPal, money orders.
Shipping & Order Orders will ship within 1-3 days of receipt of payment. Tracking number will be provided.
Special Orders require more time and, will need to be discussed upon ordering.
Refunds and Exchanges:
We do not accept refunds. However we will work with you if you are not 100% satisfied with your order.
Additional Information:
All phones and computers are different the colors may appear slightly more or less vibrant. I cannot guarantee computer or phone color quality. I can guarantee my Geodes are very colorful and vibrant.
