My Shop Policies

Welcome Message:

Our goal is to provide our customers the perfect customized products their home or as the perfect gift for family or a friend.  We offer a hand sewn binding service for those who only enjoy making pieced quilt tops and/or quilt their quilt top.  Additionally we custom design table and wall decorations to make your home a special place to bring friends and family together.

Payments:

If you shop on the website all processing is done through Square, anything purchased through this avenue is processed through Paypal.

Shipping & Order Processing:
If an item is in stock, the order is processed within 48 hours.  If it is a custom order and the resources are in house, processing generally takes up to 5 days, if resources need to be ordered, it can take up to 10 days.   
We regularly communicate with clients on processing and shipping time.

Refunds and Exchanges:

Given the customized nature of our products, there is a 10% restocking charge for returns and exchanges.  All refunds are made via the same avenue that payments are made and are processed upon receipt of the item and verification that the item has not been damaged.  If an item is received damaged, you must contact the shipper and file a claim, all items shipped USPS carry insurance.
