Payments:

Shipping & Order Processing:
The USPS Flat Rate, Priority Mail padded mailers will be used exclusively.
Shipping charges based on approximate weights and optional insurance costs will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds and Exchanges:
All sales are final, we cannot offer returns or exchanges at this point.
Our ornaments are truly unique. We take great care in selecting the stones which we work with; their cuts, colors, sizes, and the metals used to adorn our stones are carefully selected with a design in mind. We take pride in avoiding duplication. Because our ornaments and Malas are really one of a kind, exchanges are virtually impossible.

Items purchased will be shipped to buyers upon receipt of payment and in accordance with USPS business hours.
