Payments: I currently accept money orders, PayPal and direct pay. If you pay with a money order I will ship as soon as I receive payment.
If you purchase and make payment and payment is not received within 30 days, the purchase will be considered cancelled and the item will be relisted

If you would like to cancel an order, but have already paid, I will promptly refund your money through PayPal or through Etsy if the item has not been shipped.
Custom Frames
Please feel free to convo me for information on framing, other mounting options or if you have any questions. Prices will vary with frames, size and number of photos, and mounting options.
Shipping & Order Processing:*For orders shipping within the US, I will ship the items approximately 7-8 days from the date payment is received.
*I try to ship all items via FedEx Home Delivery. I will send a tracking number when the shipment is prepared. The typical time frame for delivery from door to door is 3-4 days, although this time frame is not guaranteed.
*Occasionally, I will ship items via USPS priority mail with shipping insurance. This method will only be used if FedEx is unavailable, if the item is being mailed in a tube mailer, or if shipping to a P.O. Box. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 days from the date of shipment.
*Contact me if you have a specific deadline for delivery before placing your purchase to be sure I can accommodate shipping.
*For orders shipping internationally, orders will ship within approximately 7-8 days from the date payment is received. Items will be shipped using USPS priority mail. The US Postal Service states that the delivery time varies, so no guarantee can be made as to when the item will arrive.
International customers will pay actual shipping costs to their location. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any customs and duties fees required by their country. Please learn about your country's customs and duties fees and be prepared to pay them if necessary. SayItUniquely will not be responsible for paying
Refunds and Exchanges: *In the unfortunate event that an item is damaged during shipping, please let me know and I will file a claim with FedEx or the USPS and send you a new piece of artwork as soon as possible.
Additional Information: *Photographs are personally taken by either myself or my fiancé.
We copyright our prints to safeguard against unauthorized use.
*After you place an order, I will send your proof shortly. If I do not receive a response within a few days, I will print the photo as it appears in the proof.
*Gift orders can be shipped directly to the recipient. I would be happy to include a message to the recipient inside the box and I will omit the price from the invoice.
