Welcome Message: Welcome to Scentual Products! We're a small company dedicated to the belief that all natural is best, that long-lasting is wonderful, that healing is a must and that using essential oils will let nature keep you healthy!
Payments: We love to give-away products but really appreciate payment so that we can continue creating more premium products. As such, we accept credit and debit cards and will send you our products as quickly as possible.
Shipping & Order Processing: Your order will be processed that same day as you order, and will be shipped to you within a few days of that order.
Refunds and Exchanges: Due to the personal nature of our products, we can not refund money paid for lip balms, but we're happy to send a replacement one time. Just let us know why and we'll take care of you.
