Welcome to my brand of handmade West African Ankara fashion. The colors, styles, shapes, and designs has been carefully picked and designed. These bags are 100% handmade and full construction. While I own this brand and business, I have to acknowledge significant design and construction contributions from my mom, aunt, sister-in-law - this is a truly team work of art and combined labor of love. Each item I sell online, on Amazon Handmade, and Etsy is 1 of a kind and unique. If you see a bag you like, please grab it while its still available - you might get a similar shape, but it won't be the exact same. 

Payments:

Cashless and Checkless payments only.

Shipping & Order Processing:

Please allow 1-4 business days for your Segi Bella order to be prepared and dispatched for shipment. Unless expedited shipping is requested, orders are shipped via the 1-3 day priority mail service.

Refunds and Exchanges:

Due to products being handmade, one of a kind,  or consumption-based, all sales are final. Items or gift cards cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds. All inspection and care is taken when shipping orders to prevent defect or damage during transit, but please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order if there is significant damage to the order inside the package.

Shipping Policy:

Segi Bella is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be dispatched or delivered to the address entered for the order. Upon fulfillment, Segi Bella will confirm dispatch to the address provided via a corresponding tracking number(s) and carrier information for the customer to monitor or investigate.
