Welcome Message: Thank you for looking! Please send a message if you have any questions. All items are handmade by me with great care using quality materials.
Payments: PayPal and postal money orders are the payment forms accepted at this time.
Shipping & Order Processing: Shipments will be sent to the address in your PayPal payment information. Please be sure this address is up to date. Handmade items may take up to 10 business days to complete and ship. Other items already made or non-handmade items will ship within 2 to 3 business days.
Refunds and Exchanges: Customer satisfaction is extremely important. Any item may be returned within 14 days of receipt for any reason as long as it is in unused and undamaged condition, ready for re-sale. Please contact me first before sending an item back and I will work out the details with you.
