Payments:
We utilize the PayPal service for all sales
We do not accept personal checks or money orders

Shipping & Order Processing:
Order processing may take a few days but you will be notified when your order ships
If you place an order that is not in stock it can take up to 6 weeks to prepare and be sent out
Special order will require a 50% deposit when placed and balance prior to shipping

Refunds and Exchanges:
Refunds and exchanges will be on an individual basis after determining what the buyer disliked about the products or condition of products 

Additional Information:
We are very new to this website and will learn and grow right along with you

If you are planning a party, wedding, any kind of event and would like a specific product or smell we will be happy to create it for your special day!
