My Shop Policies
Welcome Message:
Welcome to my world of clay and fire. You will see the joined efforts of creativity, clay, fire and my interaction with all elements of the raku firing process. Because of the inability to control flames and air movement during the final step of the process, colors will vary from one item to another thus creating unique tiles.**
Payments:
Payment via cleared checks or money order prior to product shipment.
Fee of $25 for checks that do not clear.
Shipping & Order Processing:
Shipping and handling charges will be the customers' responsibility.
If there's unfortunate damage,follow up with the shipper will be the
customer's responsibility
Refunds and Exchanges:
**Due to the inability to determine color in advance or during the firing process, exchanges and refunds cannot be offered or honored.
Note: Damage IF broken in the firing process can be differentiated from breakage during shipment, dropped and mishandling.
Additional Information:
Consignment and special orders will be declined due to the unpredictability of the raku process.
