All come from natural origins, and are harvested by reputable, like-minded artisans, ensuring our products are free of any of the chemical parabens, petroleum derivatives, and sulfates found in products on store shelves or produced by the 'quick buck' crowd.

If you are not entirely satisfied, e.g. 100% delighted with your purchase, just let us know and SheaWoman will refund the purchase price of the item(s) plus any associated tax and shipping.

The process is simple. Phone us at 703.399.9131 or Email us at sheawoman@sheawoman.com with your order number and item in question, along with a brief description of your concern, and your preferred method of reimbursement (see below) within 10 days of purchase, and we will
Send you a replacement or product of equal value, or
Immediately issue a gift card for the value of the product in question, or
initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
Because of the nature our products we do not accept returns.
