Welcome to Shelaine! We hope you love our handcrafted pieces...wearable and decorative items. We welcome custom requests and special orders because we want each item to be special just for you!

Payments:

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, checks and money orders.

Shipping & Order Processing:

We will ship your purchase 3~5days after payment has been processed. Expedited shipping may be arranged for an additional cost and after consultation.

Refunds and Exchanges:

If you receive an item that has been broken or damaged in shipping, we will gladly remake and replace it for you with no shipping charge.

Additional Information:

We will honor any custom request to the best of our ability.  Loom beaded items can be requested with your choice of colors and patterns...Michelle will work closely with you and send progress pictures. Elaine will be glad to create polymer clay Critters, etc., specifically styled Nativities, storytellers, and other clay items you may desire.
