Welcome Message:    Thank you for looking at my home decor items.  I am confident that I can make exactley what you want or need for that special gift. 

Payments:   PayPal

Shipping & Order Processing:  I will be shipping your order by USPS and will have your item completed within 10 business days

Refunds and Exchanges:  I want you to be happy -- if for some reason, you are not, I will refund your money by check.  Shipping back to me will not be covered.  

Additional Information:  If you send me your email address, I will email you a picture of your finished product so you will know exactly what is coming to you and you can approve it prior to my sending it out.  It's my goal to be sure you are happy with your purchase!   Any returning customer will get a discount of future purchases
