Shipping & Order Processing:
All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
Refunds and Exchanges:
If your order arrived damaged, please email us a photo of the damaged items and packaging to softenyoursole@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you at no cost. If an item is missing from your order please email us at softenyoursole@gmail.com and we would be happy to assist.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your purchase, please return items to us within 60 days of purchase for either a full refund or replacement. If retail customers request a replacement this can be shipped within the United States for free.
