Welcome Message:
Payments: I accept paypal and money order. Payment is due within 7 days of purchase. If not received, I have the right to void the order. Custom orders are very welcome! A deposit of at least 50% is due before project is started, and balance due before shipping.
Shipping & Order Processing: Please allow 5-10 business days (from the day of a cleared payment) to process your order. Please note orders will not ship until payment has cleared. Large custom orders may require a longer lead time, please inquire. You will receive a shipping notification from me when your jewelry is shipped. You may need to check your spam filter setting to make sure you can receive my shipping notification. Most of my customers who make instant payments receive their orders within two weeks.
U.S.A. BUYERS: I ship by USPS First Class Mail. If you need faster shipping I will ship by USPS Priority mail. Delivery confirmation included. Please inquire about Priority Mail cost. Insurance not included, please contact me for cost. I am not responsible for lost packages in the mail. Please note that there can be no guarantees of delivery unless insurance is purchased as well.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: I ship by USPS Internationhal First Class Mail. If you need faster shipping I will ship by USPS International Priority mail. Refunds and Exchanges: I accept refunds within 7 days after the receipt of the jewelry. Please contact me if you want a refund or exchange. Most problems can and will be worked out. We want you to be happy with your new purchase! Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable.
Custom orders are not refundable.
Additional Information: If you purchased the jewelry as a gift, email me asap and I will work with you to make sure the order is processed in time to reach the recipient.
