Payments: Money order, PayPal
Shipping & Order Processing: Ya glass is hand made just for ya, so orders will require a short processing time of about 1 week. We will ship as Flat Rate Shipping, with plenty of packing, mak'in sure ya glass(es) arrive safely.
Refunds and Exchanges: Should any glasses get to ya damaged or broken please just return them to me and I will replace them.
