We look forward to sharing our passion and love of pottery with you. We offer a few of our favorite things here online, but could hand throw your new treasures as a custom order. We are already thankful for the new friends we will discover as we move forward into 2017.

Shipping & Order Processing:
Shipments are all insured and sent via UPS or Priority USPS. Shipping charges here are an estimate, final shipping cost will be calculated and sent with your photos for your review and approval on "Made to Order" items. We proudly use recycle shipping materials as much as possible.
Refunds and Exchanges:

Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Items Damaged in Shipping
Please open and inspect your pieces upon receipt, and report any damage to me within 48 hours of receipt of your package. I will need a photo for insurance reasons, so please include that in your correspondence. I will replace any damaged work due to shipping issues or provide a full refund, minus shipping, if I recieve photographic evidence for insurance.
Color Accuracy
Color accuracy on computer monitors can be arbitrary and variable. We make an effort to not enhance or alter the color of photos so you can have a realistic representation of color. If you need an EXACT color match, online shopping might not satisfy your needs. Please note that due to the nature of flowing glazes and glaze combinations, variations are expected. Please contact shop owner with specific questions, particularly when purchasing made to order items.
