Custom Orders welcomed and encouraged!
Treat yourself with beautiful, quality products made with ingredients that love you and your body and scents that are simply divine.
Payments:
I can accept payments online through PayPal, Venmo and Etsy. If you are in the Kansas City Area, I will hand deliver your order and can accept cash or debit/credit payments via Square Reader.
Shipping & Order Processing:
Shipping rates will differ with each order. I will calculate shipping once an order is placed. I get big discounts on shipping if ordered through my Etsy, which means big savings for you too!
Orders made through the main shop can normally be shipped in 1-3 business days.
Custom Orders will usually need more time to ship depending on what product(s) and quantity. After we talk through what you're wanting, I can estimate how long it will take me to make and ship your personalized products.
Refunds and Exchanges:
If you are ever displeased with one of your products, PLEASE let me know! I want to know why it wasn't right for you and what I can do to fulfill your needs. I will offer refunds if needed. No exchanges.
