Welcome Message:
Payments: I accept all credit cards and welcome PayPal.
Shipping & Order Processing: I am continually making stained glass. Once a piece is finished, I will upload to this site. Pieces that have been sold will be removed from the site. I do not duplicate my art. Each piece is unique and one-of-a-kind.
If you care to hire me for commission, we will work as partners to design your piece. I require half up front to start this process, and the remainder will be paid upon satisfaction that it meets your requirements. I do not ship pieces that are not fully paid. I suggest insuring your item.
Once you accept your piece, you have two weeks to return, at your cost, if you change your mind. You will get full reimbursement if I receive it "as shipped" by me. In other words, if it comes to me in pieces, I will be unable to reimburse you.
Refunds and Exchanges: Once you receive your shipped item, you have two weeks to return it, at your cost, if you change your mind. I do offer full reimbursement, including shipping, if I get it back "as shipped" by me. In other words, if it comes back to me in pieces, I will be unable to reimburse you, as I cannot reuse the material.
I do not offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase another item, it will be treated as a new sale.
