Welcome Message: Welcome to The Bird & Elephant offering handmade gifts and clothing for babies and toddlers! All items are drawn, designed, printed and hand sewn by me, the complete owner of this brand.

Payments: At this time, PayPal is the only form of payment accepted. Payment is due upon purchase.

Shipping & Order Processing: Orders are not processed, started, packaged or shipped until payment is received. Please allow 2-7 business days for your order to ship.

Refunds and Exchanges: Refunds or exchanges are accepted. Item must be clean, unwashed and in the same shape/condition as when it left my shop, unless it was damaged during shipping. Please contact me immediately if you have a damaged item. Custom made designs, made specifically for you, the buyer, are non-returnable.
