Payments: are due within 1 week of purchase
Shipping & Order Processing: shipping is within the United States only at this time and is done within 1 week of purshase through UPS
Refunds and Exchanges: Any refunds or exchanges must be requested within one week of reciept of the merchandise. This is determined by the date that the customer has contacted me by e-mail for the request. For example if a customer recieved thier product on 12/03/12 and was not satisfied or wanted an exchange I would need to recive an e-mail from the customer by 12/10/12 in order to complete the request. If I were recieve an e-mail after the 12/10/12 deadline then I would not be able to process thhe cusomers request.
Additional Information: All merchandise that is shipped will be tracked and monitored by the shop owner in order to keep up with deadlines and returns.
