Shipping & Order Processing:
I ship all items via USPS. Once an in stock item is ordered, it will be shipped out within 48 hours. If you requested an out of stock or custom piece, please allow 48 hours after the item is completed for shipment.

I will refund or exchange an item solely at my discression.
