Welcome Message:Hello and Welcome! Thank you for taking time to view my products!
Payments:Money orders are fine; Checks with standard Bank Hold.
Shipping & Order Processing:I will use flat rate when it saves money, otherwise Priority mailing will be used.
Refunds and Exchanges:With a personal care product such as soap, the item cannot be refunded. An exchange can be made, with customer paying half of the shipping cost for exchange item to be mailed.
