My Shop Policies
Welcome Message:
I sell my Flame Painted Copper at shows across the country, on Etsy and in several galleries. Consequently, it is nearly impossible for me to keep all of the items on the websites up to date, so the pics that you see in my shop are “types”!of items that I make. They are photos of pieces that I have made and sold and can make a close facsimile of when they are ordered.

Payments:
I accept PayPal, Venmo or Credit card
Shipping & Order Processing: please allow about 4 days for me to create your item especially for you, and a few days for shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges:
I do allow refunds or exchanges unless the item was a special commission.
On exchanges, you pay for return shipping on old item and outbound shipping of your exchange item.
On refunds, you pay return shipping, refund will be made when item is received in original condition.
