Payments: Payments are due at the time of order.  Payment is through PayPal. Paypal is a secure way to purchase Purple Peke products.  We accept all credit cards, debit cards and checks vis PayPal.

Shipping & Order Processing: We create our Simple aromatherapy dog care products upon order. Please allow 3 - 5 business days to create and ship your order. You will receive a confirmation shipping email with tracking number when we ship your products.

Refunds and Exchanges: Due to our dog care products we cannot accept returns or refunds.  With that said, if you have any concerns regarding the products you received, please contact Purple Peke at customerservice@purplepeke.com.  We will work with you to solve your concerns.

Additional Information: All our items are made by us, Purple Peke, in the USA using American sources of materials and ingredients. Our aromatherapy products use therapeutic, organic oils, essential and base, and herbs and are created by a canine aromatehrapist.
