Welcome Message: Hi! Thanks for checking out my page! I love using my design skills outside of the office and found this is a great method of production for me. I hope you enjoy the looks as much as I do. If you want something special please let me know, I take orders too!
Payments: Please pay in full, I will ship your order as soon as payment is received.
Shipping & Order Processing: I use flat rate shipping because it is easiest for you (the buyer) to get a straight cost for everything.
Refunds and Exchanges: I want your experience to be a good one, please let me know if there is a problem with your order and I will do what I can to fix it. (officially no returns or exchanges)
