Welcome Message: Thank you for allowing us to recycle your sentimental garment into a beautiful Treasured Teddy Bear.
Payments: We accept checks, most major credit cards
Shipping & Order Processing: We will call our customer upon receipt of their package to discuss order and delivery. We ship USPS Priority Mail unless customer specifies other.
Refunds and Exchanges: These are custom hand-sewn teddy bears made from customers' own garment. Any problems with a customer's order will be discussed on an individual basis.
