Welcome to Tutu Gaga! These are Gaga's tutus!
Payments: We accept all major credit cards through Paypal. You do not need to have a Paypal account to make a purchase.
Shipping & Order Processing: We ship USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 7 to days for delivery. Each tutu dress and skirt is handmade at the time of the order.
Refunds and Exchanges: No refunds or exchanges, however, we will grant an exchange if our customer receives a wrong item.
