My Shop Policies
Welcome Message: Welcome to Princess Petals. We strive to make every young girl feel like a princess by offering quality handmade products. All of our products have been tested for years in a craft show setting and we have many requests from show organizers to return to their shows. We are now offering our products on the Festival Network.
Payments:
We accept payment by credit or debit card and personal check.
Shipping & Order Processing: We will ship your order within 2 business days. Our typical shipping method is UPS ground; however, we will accommodate quicker delivery.
Refunds and Exchanges: All of our products are tested and we will offer a full monetary refund if you send us the damaged good within one week of receipt. Returns after one week will qualify for exchange if the returned product is in sellable condition.
