Welcome to WingsNScales art and jewelry. My designs are created in a fun whimsy style. Wings stands for Fairies, and Scales stands for Mermaids, so this gives you an idea of my creativity.
Payments:
I accept Paypal, and other credit card including Visa and Mastercard.
Shipping & Order Processing:
I ship USPS on most of my products. I ship within 1-3 business days.
Refunds and Exchanges:
If by chance you are dissatisfied with my product, please contact me first. We can discuss what the problem is first and see if we can work things out. But if all else fails, I will give you a full refund after I have received the product back in the same shape you received it in. You have up to 60 days to return the product in order to receive your full refund.
