My Shop Policies
All of the honey from Winter Park Honey is held to high quality standards. We bottle every drop by hand and never blend honeys to increase volume. Our honey has been tested in an independent laboratory to ensure purity. All of our honey is pure raw and unfiltered.
Payments: We accept Paypal, checks and money orders. Make checks out to Winter Park Honey.
Shipping & Order Processing: Items are shipped via USPS priority mail and should arrive within 2 -3 business days. Please contact us via email if you would like to arrange for alternative shipping or if you are odering over 16 pounds of honey. Please make sure that you provide us with a USPS shippable address.
Refunds and Exchanges: If for any reason you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, please send an email to Scott@WinterParkHoney.com within 3 days of receipt of the item(s). We will accept returns post dated within 7 days of receipt in original condition and packaging, with any applicable Winter Park Honey tag/card still attached. Refunds are for the price of the item(s) only and do not include original shipping and return shipping charges.
